      I used to have a guestbook on my site.. i now have over 100 websites and no guestbook on any single site. As you at delanna wil also find out, guestbooks are useless because people dont use it for what it was intended - they use it to ask questions or post unrelated stuff. You would be better removing the guestbook it is an outdated feature which any modern website does not have anymore because you cant get people to use it for the true purpose. call it "customer reviews" instead of "guestbook" and make sure all reviews must be moderated - this may reduce the non relevant posts.. but people will always use a text field to post their questions..

      Every one that travels to Chiang Mia, should stay at De Lanna Hotel. The staff could not be more accomadating. The hotel quiet, the service fantastic. "Thank you" very much for taking such good care of me. See you all next July :)
